I have been using Jeff Hunter’s coaching services for over 3 years. His insight, guidance and superior communication skills have assisted me professionally and personally in a multitude of ways. Most importantly, in challenging and helping me to understand my resistance in relationships and situations.
Conflict is no longer irritating or consuming and I have learned to perceive and approach conflict as an opportunity. I have noticed that I am now able to connect with customers and colleagues with much ease and personal relationships are far richer and healthier for both parties. I feel a confidence in all situations. My physical health has also improved since 3 years ago. I used to experience headaches, digestive problems, difficulties sleeping and facial blemishes. These are no longer a part of my life.
I was ready to be truly honest with myself and to truly challenge my perceptions, thoughts and behaviors. With Jeff’s guidance, life is not only becoming a joyful experience but much more easy. His teaching and coaching style completely embraces my learning style. I am very comfortable to be open and honest with Jeff and myself. His non-judgemental approach creates a very safe learning and growing environment. He allows my learning to unfold at my own pace and he patiently nurtures the areas where I get “stuck” until I become “unstuck”. Then we share a good laugh at my revelation and understanding.
I have used other coaching services in the past but never with results that I have experienced with Jeff’s assistance. I appreciate his skills and talents very much and I am grateful for all I have learned so far. I am a far better version of me than 3 years ago. I am enjoying my work, my relationships and my life.
